Project Director

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly accomplished Project Director to lead and oversee high-profile construction programs in Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery while maintaining the company’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale project management, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Monitor project progress, conduct performance evaluations, and provide regular status updates to upper management
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address project challenges effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to streamline workflow and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards in Saudi Arabia is preferred
