DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management of emew metal recovery systems and auxiliary equipment
Responsible for holding Kick of Meeting, Project Scheduling, Project Planning, ITPs and timely updating customers on the progress of the projects via progress reports
Review of order / contract from client in coordination with sales and engineering teams
Responsible for execution of order / contract from receipt to completion of order till get client completion certificate / last payment receipt
Responsible to liaison with engineering team for Engineering (PFD, P&ID, Mass Balance, Energy Balance, Equipment list, Equipment sizing, Utility flow diagram and material list) as part of completion of order
Liaising with the multi-disciplinary project team of the customer and work with emew team members/suppliers to close all project hold points arising during execution of the projects
Liaison with procurement team for ordering of items as per material list and technical specifications agreed with the customer as part of the contract
Responsible for developing new vendors and owning relationships with existing vendors. Managing vendors for smooth functioning of the supply chain
Well-versed with the logistics requirement of a multi-national fulfillment supply chain and understands the nitty-gritties of import duty, custom requirements and other such regulations involved in movement of goods across the globe
Responsible to do follow up & get delivery of parts / equipment once procurement team commercially release order
Evaluating the quality management systems of the vendors and defining inspection test points to ensure highest quality standards for emew supplied systems
Responsible for supervision of installation & commissioning of plants globally to client's satisfaction with the final certificate of acceptance for final payment
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical or process discipline with 5-10 years of experience in project management
Experience working with global OEMs handling supply of large technology plants/ skid equipment is considered necessary. Experience in mining, metal refining, recycling of non-ferrous metals, Oil&Gas is preferred but is not a necessary requirement
Management of multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
Ability to travel frequently with a full unrestricted passport, Travelling might be at client site
Small team management experience
The ability to engage with clients and build strong relationships. Demonstrable creativity in solving customer problems
Proven track record in process and project handling
