This leadership role oversees full project lifecycle delivery of major infrastructure and civil works, ensuring execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. It plays a critical role in managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full project lifecycle from planning through execution and completion
* Implement project execution plans aligned with design and quality standards

Ideal Profile
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure or civil projects

* Knowledge of construction methodologies and contract management
* Familiarity with authority requirements and compliance standards
* Professional certifications such as APM or equivalent are advantageous
