Project Manager – Marble and Tiles – Dubai, UAEPosition Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Marble and Tiles to lead and manage all aspects of stone and tile works from initial planning through final delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, site teams, and subcontractors to deliver flawless marble, granite, and tile installations across multiple sites in Dubai.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marble, granite, and tile works for assigned projects.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and site teams to ensure all specifications
and project requirements are met.
* Supervise project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to maintain quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
* Manage procurement, logistics, and quality control for all stone and tile materials.
* Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with safety, design, and quality standards.
* Monitor and control project schedules, resolving technical and site-related issues promptly.
* Prepare progress reports and attend management and client meetings.
* Ensure all work meets local codes, industry standards, and contractual commitments.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in marble, granite, and tile works, with at least 5 years in a project management role in the UAE.
* Strong track record of managing large-scale stone and tile packages from concept to completion.
* Proficient in reviewing and approving shop drawings and technical submittals.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously under strict timelines.
* Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
