QA/QC Lead - Completion
JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Lead for Completion to oversee quality assurance and control processes in large-scale construction projects in Tabuk. This role involves implementing quality management strategies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. The successful candidate will lead QA/QC efforts during the project’s final stages, ensuring high standards of execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA/QC processes during the project completion phase, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement completion-specific quality control plans and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to verify compliance and detect potential quality issues.
- Work closely with project teams to establish quality benchmarks and monitor performance indicators.
- Review and approve quality documentation related to project completion and handover.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to QA/QC team members to enhance expertise and performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with a strong focus on project completion in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and compliance regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage QA/QC teams in complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for quality assessments and corrective actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) or related fields are highly desirable.
