Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing our internal processes through audits, risk assessments, and process standardization. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and deep experience in luxury villa or modular construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement standardized production and service quality benchmarks
* Lead root cause analysis and initiate preventive actions to minimize recurring issues
* Conduct detailed internal and external audits; prepare comprehensive reports and action plans
* Work closely with project and site teams to enforce compliance with established QA procedures
* Gather stakeholder feedback to guide continual process improvement
* Mentor and train team members to uphold quality standards across all project stages
* Evaluate performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions when required
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
* Minimum of 8 years’ experience in quality assurance, preferably in pods manufacturing or luxury villa construction
* Proven track record of leading audit processes and managing quality control systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and relevant construction regulations
