Quality Engineer
JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to ensure the successful implementation of quality assurance and control measures across our infrastructure projects in Dammam. This role involves conducting inspections, enforcing compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with project teams to maintain the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering infrastructure projects that align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Job Location: Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Job Industry: Construction and Engineering
Job Function: Quality Assurance and Compliance
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans tailored to project requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify defects and non-conformance issues, proposing and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain quality control processes.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including reports, checklists, and compliance records.
- Monitor quality performance metrics and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging trends, and advancements in quality management practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on roads and infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
