Key Responsibilities
* Measure and price works based on contract drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities
* Manage post-contract activities including interim payments, final accounts, and variations
* Handle contractual correspondence, claims, and commercial documentation
* Provide advice on contractual obligations and compliance requirements
* Review contractor resource allocation and cost implications
* Audit contractor payments and ensure valuation accuracy
* Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and cost reports
* Track project expenditure and maintain accurate financial records
* Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize claim settlements
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
* Prepare monthly financial statements and project reports
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
* 8 to 10 years experience in infrastructure or large construction projects
* Strong understanding of pre-contract and post-contract administration
* Experience in handling claims, variations, and financial reporting
* Knowledge of construction contract documentation and commercial practices
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities
* Strong analytical and communication skills
