Quantity Surveyor - Interior and Fitout Projects - Dubai Construction Sector
Role Summary
A leading interior and fitout firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cost estimation, procurement, contract management, and value engineering. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor\'s degree in engineering and possess strong commercial acumen to manage project finances from tendering to final handover.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for interior fitout projects
* Review and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Monitor procurement, material usage, and vendor performance
* Control project costs, identify savings through value engineering, and mitigate financial risks
* Track cash flow, manage invoicing, and ensure timely payments
* Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align commercial decisions with project progress
* Prepare periodic financial reports and conduct profitability analysis
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering with a valid license (required)
* Minimum 5 years of UAE or GCC experience in interior and fitout project environments
* Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, procurement, and reporting
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
* Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
* Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and contract law
* Male candidates are preferred for this role as per employer requirement
