- Very Well Knowledge of Costing & Estimation for Industrial & Low to Medium Rise Buildings
- Ability to take Quantity Take Off, Preparing Tender Documentation
- Ability to provide break up with Material, Labor rates in detail
- Preparing Technical & Commercial Submittals for Tender Requests
- Preparation of Variation Claims, Extension of Time etc.,
- Preparation of Post Contract Interim Invoices as per Site Execution
- Minimum Knowledge in FIDIC contracts
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil) / Quantity Surveying;
- Knowledge in Autocad/Primavera, MS Office
