The Resident Engineer acts as a senior technical authority during

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical direction and day-to-day supervision of building construction activities across the project site.
* Verify that contractor execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, contract documents, construction procedures, and project requirements.
* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of construction progress, quality observations, technical issues, and corrective actions.
* Review ongoing works to identify potential construction problems early and coordinate practical solutions before they affect programme or quality.
* Lead and support consultant site teams while maintaining clear responsibilities, reporting lines, and professional coordination.
* Monitor contractor performance against construction schedules, milestones, resource commitments, and approved work programmes.
* Maintain comprehensive daily reports, inspection records, quality documentation, technical correspondence, and site management records.
* Review project progress against budget and schedule objectives and provide transparent updates to project leadership and client stakeholders.
* Ensure construction activities comply with applicable UAE building requirements, technical codes, safety regulations, and contractual standards.
* Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, designers, client representatives, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
