Scaffolding Manager – High-Rise Construction Projects in Dubai is responsible for overseeing and managing all scaffolding operations across high-rise developments, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with project schedules.

Core Duties
Plan, coordinate, and supervise scaffolding activities for high-rise construction projects.
Ensure scaffolds are erected, modified, and dismantled in compliance with engineering designs, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Lead and manage scaffolding teams, ensuring optimal use of manpower, tools, and materials.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and quality checks.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet scaffolding requirements.
Maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections, certifications, and usage.
Manage scaffolding inventory, procurement, and maintenance.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Scaffolding Manager or Supervisor in high-rise construction projects.
Strong knowledge of international scaffolding standards such as OSHA, BS, or EN.
Certification in scaffolding such as CITB, CISRS, or OSHA.
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
