Candidate Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of scaffolding experience in construction projects, preferably high-rise or large-scale developments.
Certification in scaffolding safety (CITB, CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent).

Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and safety management skills.
