Role Context
This role leads architectural site supervision activities ensuring construction execution aligns with approved designs standards and client expectations. It plays a critical role in maintaining project quality resolving technical issues and supporting timely delivery of complex building developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee site execution of architectural and interior works ensuring compliance with project specifications
* Review contractor submissions and verify alignment with contract documents and design intent
* Coordinate with design teams contractors and client representatives to resolve technical issues
* Monitor construction progress and prepare detailed site reports highlighting key issues
* Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality standards and compliance with codes
* Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective actions through formal reporting
* Support project meetings and contribute to resolving design and execution discrepancies
* Supervise snagging activities and assist in project handover processes
* Ensure health and safety compliance across all site activities
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering Interior Design or related field
* Minimum 15 years experience in architectural supervision within large-scale projects
* Strong experience in high-rise residential and commercial buildings
* Deep understanding of construction methodologies and architectural systems
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and contract documentation
* Strong coordination and problem-solving capabilities
