The Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for leading construction execution, project planning, and structural supervision across residential and commercial developments. This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UAE construction codes while maintaining strong coordination between consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project execution, planning, and site supervision for residential and commercial construction projects.
Manage structural engineering activities and ensure all civil works meet approved specifications and standards.
Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and construction progress to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure full compliance with UAE construction codes, municipality approvals, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal project teams for smooth project execution.
Review technical drawings, site reports, and project documentation for quality assurance and compliance.
Support cost control, material planning, and contractor performance monitoring.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions to support project continuity.
Prepare progress reports and update senior management on project status and risks.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering is required.
Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in civil engineering and construction projects is mandatory.
Strong expertise in project execution, planning, and structural engineering.
Experience managing residential and commercial construction projects is essential.
Excellent knowledge of UAE construction codes, authority approvals, and safety standards.
