Role Context
The
Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance and specialized support for resolving complex project controls issues related to housing and real estate projects.
* Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and prepare statistical reports for project and company management.
* Provide management teams with reliable tools and information for project cost control, schedule control, and performance monitoring.
* Develop and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure in coordination with affected departments and project stakeholders.
* Analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report schedule status against approved project baselines.
* Analyze project costs, evaluate performance trends, and prepare forecasts to support management decisions.
* Coordinate staffing requirements and support the allocation of project controls resources across assigned work activities.
* Assign, supervise, and monitor project work activities to ensure deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
* Train project personnel and provide guidance on project controls systems, reporting methods, and performance tracking.
* Complete performance reviews and support personnel development for assigned employees.
* Accumulate, review, and analyze historical project data for use in future planning, forecasting, benchmarking, and performance evaluation.
* Develop or maintain a structured hierarchy of plans and schedules to keep project and company leadership fully informed.
* Customize project control systems to meet specific project requirements and reporting expectations.
* Support cost control, schedule control, forecasting, reporting, and progress measurement for housing-related development programs.
* Maintain clear records of project performance, planning assumptions, cost trends, schedule risks, and corrective action recommendations.
* Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, cost teams, planning teams, client representatives, and internal departments.
* Support early identification of project control risks and recommend practical corrective measures.
* Perform other project controls and civil engineering support responsibilities as required.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Saudi National candidate required.
* Minimum 8 years of total related work experience.
* At least 3 years of experience on housing-related projects, real estate developments, residential programs, or similar built environment projects.
* Strong experience in project controls, schedule reporting, cost control, forecasting, WBS development, and performance analysis.
* Ability to analyze schedule status, project costs, progress data, and performance trends against established baselines.
* Proficient PC skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience using project controls software for planning, reporting, cost tracking, and performance monitoring.
* Ability to develop management reports, statistical summaries, forecasts, and project performance updates.
* Strong understanding of civil engineering project delivery, housing development requirements, and real estate project coordination.
* Ability to work with clients, attend meetings, present project information, and support management decision-making.
* Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to coordinate teams, guide personnel, and manage multiple reporting requirements.
