Role Context
This role focuses on delivering structural design solutions for industrial, building, and infrastructure projects. It plays a key role in ensuring designs meet engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications while supporting construction execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver civil and structural design for infrastructure and building projects
* Design reinforced concrete and steel structures including precast systems and long-span trusses
* Perform and review structural analysis in line with Eurocodes and relevant standards
* Prepare and review design drawings, reports, and technical submissions
* Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams for integrated design delivery
* Support tender processes including technical evaluation and clarifications
* Resolve site design issues and provide engineering solutions during construction
* Manage authority submissions and approvals with relevant authorities
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural design
* Experience in industrial, building, or infrastructure projects
* Expertise in precast structures, steel design, and long-span structures
* Hands-on experience with piling, substructure, and superstructure design
* Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, or similar software
* Knowledge of Eurocodes and authority submission processes
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
