Key Responsibilities
* Support commercial activities across development projects ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
* Assist in cost planning, reporting, and change management throughout project phases
* Contribute to procurement processes including tender evaluation and contract documentation
* Prepare and monitor cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project financial updates
* Assist in managing consultants and coordinating with delivery teams on commercial matters
* Support contract administration including payments, claims, and final account closure
* Contribute to risk management, benchmarking, and project audit activities
* Collaborate with project managers and senior stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting or a related discipline
* 0–2 years of relevant experience in commercial, cost, or project support roles
* Understanding of cost management principles and project financial controls
* Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Good communication skills with the ability to work in team environments
* Organized and able to manage multiple project tasks effectively
Skills Set
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial modeling
* Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes
* Ability to support cost analysis and reporting activities
* Familiarity with construction or development project workflows
* Strong time management and organizational skills
