Key Responsibilities
* Support commercial and cost management activities across development projects
* Assist in preparing cost plans, reports, and change management documentation
* Contribute to procurement processes including tender evaluations and contract preparation
* Support project delivery strategies across design and construction phases
* Assist in managing consultants and preparing financial reports including cash flow forecasts
* Coordinate contract administration processes including payments and claims
* Participate in benchmarking, risk management, and project audit activities
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting or a related field
* 0–2 years of relevant experience in commercial, cost control, or project environments
* Basic understanding of cost management principles and lifecycle costing
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to work within team environments
* Organized approach with ability to manage multiple priorities
Skills Set
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
* Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes
* Ability to support cost modelling and financial reporting
* Familiarity with construction and development project workflows
* Strong organizational and time management skills
