Position Overview
Mace is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Manager to lead the planning, design coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and AV systems on one of Saudi Arabia’s largest and most ambitious mixed-use programmes. This role is critical in ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery while meeting the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation.

What You’ll Do
* Take full ownership of MEP/AV design and delivery, including procurement, implementation, and close-out.
* Act as a subject matter expert for all MEP/AV-related technical and construction matters.
* Lead interface and coordination with design consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
* Provide strategic support for project briefs, RFIs, and technical design reviews throughout all stages.
* Manage health and safety strategies, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe work culture.
* Support project execution plans, QA/QC documentation, and modern methods of construction (MMC) initiatives.
* Oversee commercial and contract management related to MEP/AV packages, ensuring adherence and timely invoicing.
* Monitor progress against project schedules and cost plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures.
* Mentor and manage construction teams, ensuring consistent delivery and technical excellence.
* Leverage expertise in global construction innovations and sustainable practices to meet client goals.
* Support stakeholder engagement and develop strong client relationships to align with project vision.
Ideal Profile
* Degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
* Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation (e.g., CIBSE, IMechE, or equivalent).
* Extensive MEP project experience on major developments, preferably in mixed-use or aviation.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction management tools.
* Previous Middle East experience and eligibility to meet Saudi visa and client approval requirements.
