Role Context
This role supports project delivery by maintaining accurate planning and scheduling frameworks across complex construction programs. It ensures that timelines, milestones, and resources are effectively monitored and adjusted to meet project objectives and minimize delays.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain project schedules using critical path method and planning tools
* Analyze project progress against baseline schedules and identify variances
* Evaluate impact of design changes, construction changes, and delays on timelines
* Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and performance updates for stakeholders
* Maintain logic networks, coding structures, and planning data accuracy
* Customize planning systems including dashboards and reporting formats
* Collect and analyze productivity and performance data for forecasting
* Support resolution of planning and scheduling challenges across projects
* Supervise junior planning staff and provide performance input
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment on schedule objectives
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* Minimum 10+ years experience in planning and scheduling within construction projects
* Strong knowledge of project controls and scheduling methodologies
* Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or supervision projects
* Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple project phases
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skills Set
* Primavera P6, MS Project or similar planning software
* Power BI and reporting tools
* Project scheduling and critical path analysis
* Data analysis and forecasting techniques
* Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
