Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end planning and project controls functions covering scheduling, risk tracking, change control, and reporting
* Develop integrated master schedules aligning multiple project packages and dependencies
* Review contractor baseline schedules and ensure compliance with contract requirements
* Identify delays, risks, and critical path impacts while recommending corrective actions
* Perform time impact analysis, delay assessments, and recovery planning scenarios
* Evaluate Extension of Time and disruption claims using recognized methodologies
* Facilitate planning workshops and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Maintain risk registers and proactively address potential project conflicts
* Prepare executive progress reports, dashboards, and milestone tracking presentations
* Implement planning systems, processes, and tools ensuring consistency across projects
* Lead and mentor planning engineers while driving performance standards
* Introduce automation and digital tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
* Issue delay notifications and performance alerts when required
* Maintain comprehensive records supporting claims and contract administration
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Minimum 15 years experience in infrastructure projects including UAE exposure
* Strong background in highways, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure developments
* Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and Power BI for planning and analytics
* Proven leadership in managing planning teams and complex project controls
* Deep understanding of delay analysis, risk assessment, and contract frameworks
* Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
