Role Context
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide commercial and cost management oversight throughout planning,

Ideal Profile
The position requires a bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Candidates should bring proven professional experience in quantity surveying and construction cost management, preferably within PMC and construction supervision environments.
Experience supporting large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
Strong capability in cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, quantity measurement, tendering, procurement, and contract administration is required.
Candidates should understand Bills of Quantities, tender documentation, contractor bid analysis, progress valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.
The successful candidate should be able to interpret construction drawings and identify the cost implications of design changes.
Practical experience controlling expenditure against project budgets and producing accurate cost forecasts is important.
Candidates should be comfortable working with clients, consultants, contractors, engineers, and project management personnel.
Knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices will be advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant cost management applications is required.
Ability to review AutoCAD drawings for quantity surveying and commercial purposes is beneficial.
RICS certification, membership, or an equivalent professional quantity surveying credential is preferred.
