Renoway is seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to lead renovation and fit-out operations for high-end residential projects across Dubai. This full-time role involves coordinating on-site teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects on schedule while maintaining the highest safety and construction standards.

* Lead subcontractors and workers, enforcing timelines and safety protocols
* Monitor quality and progress daily, ensuring adherence to design specifications
* Provide regular progress reports and collaborate with project managers
* Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and tool usage
* Resolve site-related challenges and facilitate smooth operations
* Assist with final handover inspections and client satisfaction reviews
Ideal Profile
* Proven site supervision or foreman experience in Dubai\'s renovation or fit-out industry
* Hands-on understanding of local materials, building codes, and project requirements
* Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Proficient in reading construction drawings and site documentation
* Fluent in English; Russian or Arabic knowledge is a plus
* Must have a valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle
