Position Overview
Azizi Developments is hiring a Structural Engineer in Dubai to strengthen its real estate development projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in reinforced concrete design and construction who are looking to advance their careers with one of the region’s leading property developers.

Job Details
* Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate structural elements seamlessly into overall project designs
* Apply practical knowledge in temporary structure design and implementation
* Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and quality standards
* Resolve technical challenges during construction, delivering cost-effective solutions within budget and schedule
* Prepare and maintain structural reports, calculations, drawings, and client communications
* Review subcontractor submissions on formwork, steel structures, shoring, and dewatering activities
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and apply value engineering principles
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* 7–15 years of experience, including minimum 5 years in the UAE
* Expertise in reinforced concrete design and construction
* Skilled in AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and SAP2000
* Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code, ACI, AISC, and ASCE standards
* Experience preparing Bar Bending Schedules and supervising structural draftsmen
* Background in consultancy and contracting, or equivalent design-and-build exposure
* Strong project management and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
