This role ensures accurate measurement and mapping of land and construction sites, enabling engineering teams to execute projects with precision. It supports planning, design validation, and compliance by delivering reliable survey data and boundary verification.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct land and site surveys using electronic distance measuring equipment and modern survey instruments
* Collect and analyze data related to distances elevations angles and site contours
* Operate land information systems to store manage and generate survey reports and plots
* Review field data provided by survey teams and verify measurement accuracy
* Research historical survey records maps and legal documents to confirm boundaries
* Prepare survey maps reports and documentation for project use
* Ensure data accuracy through validation checks and recalculations
* Coordinate with engineering teams to support project requirements
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Civil Engineering Land Surveying or equivalent
* Minimum 6 years experience in surveying or related field
* Knowledge of survey techniques geospatial data and boundary analysis
* Ability to interpret maps drawings and technical data
* Strong analytical thinking and independent working capability
