Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the company\'s Civil & MEP hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future talent requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to attract high-caliber Civil & MEP candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key MEP and Civil roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, candidate recommendations, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in MEP & Civil recruitment.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of MEP & Civil functions and the technical requirements of these roles.
- Proven ability to hire all levels of positions, including high-volume recruitment and specialized design and engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to join immediately or within a maximum of 2 weeks.
