Job Summary: Technical Sales for Smart Architectural Systems which includes curtain wall, structural glazing, thermal and non-thermal series, casement, skylight, sliding and folding doors.
The target customers: consultants, aluminium fabricators and contractors
Lead meetings with customers covering company presentations, project requirements, product specifications and contract negotiations
Conduct pre-planning, resource forecasting, document submissions and other technical activities relating to the project to avoid any kind of stagnation
Thorough understanding of BOQ and identification of variation activities
Attend discussions & meetings with client /consultants/main-contractors for hurdles free progress
Updating current and potential customers on available products, supplies, prices, and best recommendations for each project
Coordinate internally and externally with suppliers to ensure the availability & supply of all the materials on time
Following up on leads and communicating with current customers to ensure smooth execution of all projects
Be familiar with Estidama and green building regulations
Program Requirements: AutoCad, Microsoft Excel
The candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, work well under pressure, hardworking and someone who understands the Aluminum construction and sales process.
Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering
