Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, and maintain effective workplace safety, health, and environmental work plans in coordination with project teams
* Drive WSH program initiatives and conduct MSRA reviews with appropriate risk control measures
* Carry out regular site inspections to identify gaps and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
* Ensure continuous compliance with statutory WSHE requirements and regulatory standards
* Prepare and submit WSHE reports, safety data, and monthly statistics to management
* Lead, coach, and supervise site safety personnel while promoting a proactive safety culture
* Liaise with authorities on safety matters, audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
* Support investigations, follow-ups, and other WSHE-related or ad-hoc duties as required
Ideal Profile
* Valid Workplace Safety and Health Officer registration or equivalent certification
* Minimum five years of experience in building construction safety roles
* Recent hands-on experience managing WSHE on active building projects
* Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
* Self-driven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
