Role Context
The Sales Representative - B2B Electronics role supports corporate sales growth by building strong business relationships, identifying new customer opportunities, and ensuring existing clients receive timely commercial and aftersales support. The role has direct impact on revenue generation, account retention, collections, installation coordination, and market awareness within the electronics sales channel.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to monitor sales targets, review customer activity, track competitor movement, and improve sales performance through accurate reporting and proactive account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve assigned B2B sales targets for corporate customers within the consumer electronics business.
* Develop new corporate accounts and expand the customer base through regular prospecting and relationship building.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing business customers through consistent communication and aftersales support.
* Support sales installation activity with assigned corporate clients and coordinate updates where required.
* Monitor sales performance using SAP MCG3 reports and other business tracking tools.
* Provide regular sales updates to the Sales Manager on account progress, customer activity, and target achievement.
* Collect receivables from corporate accounts and support monthly collection targets.
* Follow up with customers on pending payments, installation updates, product requirements, and aftersales concerns.
* Track competitor activity for similar electronics product lines and share market updates with management.
* Identify opportunities to improve sales approach, account coverage, and business performance.
* Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are handled accurately and on time.
* Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, correspondence, and follow-up details.
* Use MS Word, Excel, SAP, and email communication professionally for daily sales operations.
* Represent the business professionally when dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics sector, preferably with exposure to B2B sales, corporate customer handling, business account management, or institutional sales. Experience managing sales targets, receivables, installation follow-ups, and client relationships will be important for this role.
A graduate qualification or higher secondary education is required. The candidate should be confident in MS Word, Excel, SAP, and professional email communication. A strong understanding of sales reporting, customer follow-up, and corporate account development will support success in this position.
