Role Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Call Center Agent (Arabic/English) to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions for a leading organization in the UAE. This full-time role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals with a family book and is supported by Nafis. As a key member of the customer service team, you’ll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery across all communication channels.

What You’ll Do
* Answer inbound calls and respond professionally to customer questions and concerns
* Make outbound follow-up calls as needed to support customer satisfaction and service delivery
* Resolve complaints efficiently by identifying issues, offering solutions, and following through to closure
* Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records using CRM or relevant systems
* Meet individual and team KPIs for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Provide detailed product and service information and escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
Ideal Profile
* UAE National with family book (mandatory)
* Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
* Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM systems
* Customer-focused mindset with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
