Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
Manage and organize office files, records, and supplies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office equipment and order office supplies as needed.
Support other departments with clerical tasks and special projects.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
