This role supports the organization by ensuring administrative systems, property documentation, and office operations run efficiently. It plays a key role in maintaining compliance, managing vendor services, and ensuring uninterrupted workplace functionality.
Key Responsibilities
* Support lease documentation, renewals, and payment coordination for offices and facilities
* Maintain and track lease agreements within internal systems
* Ensure properties meet required standards and coordinate refurbishments when needed
* Manage and update administrative data with high accuracy
* Prepare monthly reports related to administrative and compliance metrics
* Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts for office systems and services
* Coordinate with vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
* Raise purchase requisitions and verify invoices for administrative services
* Ensure timely payment of utilities and telecom services
* Monitor and manage office supplies, including stationery and pantry items
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
* Experience in administration, facilities, or office operations
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
