About the Role
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert product knowledge, and maintaining store standards while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring superior customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
- Engage with customers, address concerns professionally, and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and shopping assistance.
- Support store operations, including cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment of stock.
- Follow store security policies and procedures to minimize stock loss and ensure safety.
- Use advanced selling skills to build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise within other Majid Al Futtaim brands and stores if items are unavailable in-store.
Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or customer service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a customer-first approach.
