Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails while meeting service quality and performance targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, probing for understanding, and providing clear solutions
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, refunds, and general support for an online fashion brand
- Identify customer problems and offer effective resolutions while maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information
- Work efficiently to meet key performance indicators such as response time, call handling, and customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Graduate preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in navigating CRM systems, customer service tools, and email platforms
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1-2 weeks will be prioritized
