Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally, ensuring efficient and courteous service.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify and maximize sales and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to problems.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.
- Participate in outbound calling programs and special projects as required.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Bilingual fluency: English (B2+ level) and Arabic speaker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful and positive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC applications.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Patient, empathetic, and courteous with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong telephone etiquette and a passion for engaging with customers.
- Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, five days a week on a rotational schedule.
