Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and complete information while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Identify customer issues and offer suitable solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns and special projects as required.
- Process customer transactions with precision and maintain detailed service records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Bilingual fluency: English (B2+ level) and French speaker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC applications.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Cheerful, empathetic, and professional demeanor with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, five days a week on a rotational schedule.
