Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide complete and accurate information while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities when applicable.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly by offering appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in outbound calling programs and special projects as required.
- Process customer transactions accurately and maintain detailed service records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
- UAE National with bilingual fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC applications.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Positive, proactive, and professional approach with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
