Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Convert leads into sales by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales/Marketing are a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or tele sales is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Results-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
