Responsibilities:
- Conduct digital analytics assessments to benchmark performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop measurement strategies and KPIs aligned with business goals and digital experience improvements.
- Analyze customer behavior, acquisition, and retention trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine dashboards, reports, and audience intelligence models.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Looker Studio to track and visualize data insights.
- Participate in personalization and segmentation projects, using behavioral and survey data to enhance customer targeting.
- Audit data collection processes and ensure best practices are followed for tracking implementation.
- Develop solution design documents and collaborate with technical teams on data architecture and collection strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/web analytics.
- Ability to analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, and Looker Studio.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with Google Marketing Suite and Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
