EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Admin would be advantageous.
- A diploma or degree in any field is necessary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering and making of calls
- Office administration
- Data Capturing
- Turnaround time /setting targets.
- Advising staff for production assessment.
- Liaise with IT and driver managers.
- Administration and Operations Management
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Send and receive emails
- Typing documents, filing and liaising with operations.
