Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Making recommendations to the company hiring managers
Proficient in English, and Arabic together with strong communication skills both written and verbal
Understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates
Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Xing etc.
Excellent customer service skills
Good negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills.
This program will be for 3 months;
Part-time Job: (candidates must be available 3 days each week for 3 hours)
Salary: AED 1000
