Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a remote team of 15+ contact center advisors, ensuring high-quality customer service
- Oversee daily contact center operations, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and handling escalations
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align team performance with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Utilize data-driven insights to implement process improvements and optimize service delivery
- Handle escalations and ensure swift resolution of customer service issues
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer service or contact center leadership roles, preferably in a BPO setting
- Bilingual Native Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency B2 level or above
- Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent experience in team leadership and customer service
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using contact center tools, CRM software, and reporting systems
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining high levels of engagement and team motivation
