Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience and Sales:
- Provide personalized makeup consultations, including color matching, skin type assessments, and style preferences.
- Demonstrate product application techniques, including foundation, eye makeup, contouring, and other beauty products, to educate customers on achieving desired looks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building strong customer loyalty.
- Support selling plans to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively highlighting and cross-selling exclusive products.
- Handle customer queries, provide professional advice on beauty and skincare products, and address customer complaints with empathy and understanding.

Merchandising and Inventory Management:
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards by implementing planograms and price changes.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure regular replenishment of products, maintaining 100% brand product availability.
- Manage inventory to prevent shoplifting, damages, and pilferages by implementing proper safekeeping procedures.
- Consolidate customer profiles, frequently asked product queries, and recommendations for new SKUs, sharing insights with the Store Manager.
- Conduct makeovers for customers to showcase product benefits and encourage purchases.
- Clean and maintain makeup tools and applicators to ensure hygiene and product integrity.
Sales Strategy and Commercial Initiatives:
- Support the implementation of promotional activities, including animations, product demonstrations, and makeovers, to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Drive category-building activities to enhance customer engagement and awareness.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotional displays, hero products, and price changes to maximize sales impact.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to submit accurate sales trackers and performance reports.
Team Development and Leadership:
- Plan and monitor personal development plans and in-role development interventions for team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team skills and performance.
- Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Required Skills and Experience:
