Role Context
The Sales Executive is responsible for expanding the customer
The role directly influences business unit growth by identifying qualified prospects, strengthening existing accounts, improving enquiry conversion, supporting promotional activity, and maintaining disciplined follow-up on sales performance and receivables.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute sales activities in line with approved forecasts, commercial plans, and long-term business unit objectives.
* Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, email outreach, customer visits, and industry contacts.
* Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective beauty, skincare, pharmaceutical, and related customers.
* Develop new customer accounts while strengthening repeat business from existing clients.
* Visit customers regularly to gather orders, review stock positions, and confirm delivery requirements.
* Manage day-to-day sales activity including prospect qualification, commercial discussions, and preparation of competitive sales packages.
* Conduct negotiations with customers while protecting approved pricing, margin, and commercial objectives.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and communicate expected demand to relevant brand and category teams.
* Track enquiries and monitor conversion rates, business sources, customer activity, and projected sales.
* Prepare regular sales reports, summaries, forecasts, and management updates.
* Advise customers on new product launches, upcoming developments, promotions, and category opportunities.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate product and commercial information.
* Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, outstanding actions, and customer requirements.
* Support preparation of purchase agreements, contracts, and sales-related documentation in coordination with the Legal department.
* Maintain complete commercial records in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
* Evaluate prospective customers and complete applicable background checks according to business unit guidelines.
* Coordinate sales-order logistics to ensure products are delivered according to agreed requirements.
* Liaise with internal teams on stock availability, order processing, and delivery status.
* Monitor customer receivables and follow up to support timely collection of outstanding amounts.
* Identify performance gaps, discuss sales inefficiencies with management, and contribute practical corrective actions.
* Attend sales, networking, corporate, and industry events to promote the business and develop new commercial relationships.
* Support promotional campaigns and category initiatives designed to increase product visibility and revenue.
* Maintain professional relationships with customers and represent the business consistently throughout the sales cycle.
* Complete additional commercial responsibilities assigned by management.
Ideal Profile
Candidates should hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience within beauty and skincare categories is required.
Applicants should come from a pharmaceutical, skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or closely related commercial background and understand the requirements of selling customer-facing health and beauty products.
The successful candidate should be confident generating leads, approaching new customers, managing existing accounts, negotiating commercial terms, forecasting demand, and following business through to delivery and payment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential because the position involves frequent customer visits, negotiations, follow-up, and coordination with Legal, logistics, category, and internal commercial teams.
Candidates should also demonstrate disciplined reporting, strong follow-up, and the ability to manage several active accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
Strong English communication skills are required. Arabic or Tagalog language capability is highly valuable.
