The role of Executive Secretary will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operation and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other relevant field.
Excellent in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking Arabic, English,
3-4 years of experience in the same role with high managerial level.
Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Internet Application and Windows Applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Outlook).
Hard working, resourceful, eager to learn, honest, effective and efficient.
Willing to be relocated in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
