Al-Futtaim Group is hiring a Graphic Designer to support visual communication and branding within the IKEA store environment in Dubai. This role ensures that all graphic elements meet IKEA’s global standards and supports the store’s commercial objectives through impactful design, signage, and in-store graphics.

What You’ll Do
* Ensure IKEA trademarks and branding are accurately implemented according to the IKEA Trademark Manual
* Plan, produce, and install high-quality graphic solutions across all in-store areas
* Conduct daily and weekly reviews of graphic displays to ensure consistency, quality, and accurate translations
* Collaborate with sales and in-store logistics teams to plan graphic solutions that align with store activity calendars and sales goals
* Maintain signage and poster installations in both customer and non-customer areas
* Execute timely graphic updates based on global directives and commercial priorities
* Support all communication needs within sales support and office areas in alignment with IKEA guidelines
* Stay informed of local market trends, customer communication needs, and competitor activity to maintain strong visual presence
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IKEA graphic manuals and best practices to improve personal skill set
Ideal Profile
* Experience or educational background in graphic design
* Hands-on experience using sign-making equipment
* Proficient with Macintosh-based graphic design software
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and visual merchandising skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments
* Awareness of IKEA communication principles and willingness to work within brand standards
