The Interior Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and functional home furnishing displays in the showroom, ensuring that all presentations align with IKEA’s global standards. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for interior design and home décor.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning in-house projects and preparing drawings and design concepts following IKEA guidelines.
- Implement and maintain showroom interiors and displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Conduct daily showroom inspections and promptly address any design-related damages or issues.
- Support the planning and execution of the store’s commercial calendar, aligning displays with promotional activities.
- Utilize IKEA manuals to produce functional and inspiring home furnishing solutions.
- Work collaboratively with Visual Merchandisers on various store projects and activities.
- Provide customers with home furnishing ideas and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Design and decorate room sets to create an inspirational shopping experience.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Strong design, drafting, and space planning skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of home furnishing trends, market preferences, and social influences.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
