Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D models of landscape elements, including terrain, vegetation, pathways, and water features, using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure landscape elements are seamlessly integrated into overall project designs
- Prepare design documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and material schedules
- Generate visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure landscape models align with sustainable design principles, including water management and native plant use
- Identify and resolve modeling issues or design conflicts to improve efficiency and accuracy in project execution

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape modeling or BIM-related roles
- Proficiency in BIM and 3D modeling software, particularly Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of sustainable landscape design principles is a plus
