We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist / Administrator to join our growing branch in Kempton Park.
In this role, you will work at the front desk of our office and assist visitors and staff.
Your primary duties will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering telephone calls, and processing paperwork. You will also keep our records and work area clean and organized as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
General Reception duties
Answering calls
Greeting visitors
Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
Receiving packages
Sorting out mail & Couriering of documents.
Maintaining the printers i.e., check paper and toners
Assist with office consumables
Scanning and maintaining of documents to Docuware
Additional
Liaising with security - being first contact for visitors and deliveries.
Ordering lunch and arranging payment for meetings as and when required.
Office filing as and when required
Assisting with ah-hoc work.
Creating Logbooks / Templates on file
Contacting clients as and when required (i.e., BBBEE)
Adhoc duties
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Power Point, excel)
Experience with Docuware preferred
Willingness to grow and learn
Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
Professional Demeanour and attitude
Friendly and great people skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Proficient in English,
Well organized and detail oriented.
Own transport is an advantage

Minimum education level: Diploma /Bachelor's/ N6
3 years of experience
